This space is for monthly submission of your CPD. You can download the CPD record sheet, fill in your name, dates and activity details only. Save the file to to your own folder first (for your records) and then submit it in Moodle. It will be submitted as an assignment. Your CPD point will be allotted with a copy sent to you.
