Change to INAB Accreditation Status for assays highlighted below

The following laboratory investigations have been amended:

1. Laboratory Developed Tests (LDT): HCV Genotyping by Sanger sequencing and HBV Genotyping/Resistance Assay testing process has moved to an automated extraction platform.
2. The Altona Realstar® Hepatitis E kit has changed from Version 1.0 to version 2.0.

All expected quality performance criteria have been met with these changes. There is no clinical or analytical impact on results generated.

In the interim, the NVRL have removed these assays from the scope of accredited tests pending the INAB Audit this month.
