The UCD National Virus Reference Laboratory (NVRL) continues to provide a diagnostic and reference service for clinicians investigating viral infections throughout Ireland. We are proud to offer our service users accredited tests in line with national and international best practice.

Due to the recent increase in Covid-19 workload and on-going public health restrictions, turnaround times at NVRL might be affected. If specific tests are adversely affected these will be advised on the website via a separate Customer Notification.
