Please note the following mandatory requirements when referring samples for Taqpath testing at NSLB, Backweston.

 Sample CT value must be <30

• Please notify the lab in advance of sending the sample(s) (nslb@healthmail.ie)
• Sample(s) must be clearly marked for Taqpath testing. Please ensure outside packaging is also clearly labelled
• Sample(s) must be accompanied by a test request form
• Sample(s) should have a minimum volume ≥600µl
