As of today, October 24th 2022, UCD NVRL is reducing Monkeypox Virus (MPXV) testing to three days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday).
This is due to both the reduction in sample numbers received for testing and the overall positivity rate.
Samples received by 11AM will be reported the same day. Any sample received after this time will be stored on site for the next run.
