Complaints and Compliments:

To raise an issue in respect of NVRL Service provision – a complaint - please contact the Customer Care Officer (01-7161257) or the NVRL Quality Team (01-7164444) to discuss the issue.

Contact email addresses are also listed above.

Complaints are taken seriously by all staff members and handled appropriately.

NVRL personnel will discuss the issue with the complainant and record the issue on the Quality Management System (QMS). This allows the issue to be properly managed, for the application of corrective actions, and links the issue to continuous improvement within the NVRL.

CCO Helen Dawkins manages all complaints, whether External (made against NVRL), or Internal (made by NVRL against service users and suppliers). Full investigation and resolution are recorded within the NVRL QMS.

UCD NVRL is currently accredited to ISO: 15189.2012 and operates a Quality Management System applicable to this standard. UCD NVRL always strives to ensure the quality of service provided meets or exceeds our INAB requirements. Please also refer to our User Manual found on this website.
