Customer Notification: Disruption to service due to LIMS upgrade.

Reason for Notification:

Please be aware that our testing schedule will be disrupted week beginning Monday the 21st of September due to a software upgrade to our Laboratory Information System. If urgent samples are being sent, please contact the NVRL directly on 01-7164401 and select option 2. Please note that while the upgrade takes place, our results line will also be affected: as such, we anticipate that the results line will not be available until the afternoon of Monday the 21st at the earliest.

Customer Notification: Introduction of Virion Serion Leptospirosis IgM assay

Reason for Notification:

Following the discontinuation of the Panbio Leptospira IgM assay, the NVRL is introducing the Serion ELISA classic Leptospirosis IgM assay (Virion Serion), starting the week beginning September 7th 2026.

The new test code is LEPM.
