Customer Notification of change in the contact number for NVRL Out of Hours Service

UCD NVRL has been informed by our service provider that our current contact number for our Urgent Out of Hours Call Back service (Voxpro 021-4521935) is being changed as part of a system upgrade.

If seeking SARS-CoV-2 results please note these are not available using the NVRL out of hours number, please telephone 1850 24 1850

The on-call service can now be accessed outside normal hours by contacting 01-7164050. This will connect you to the call back service. As before, when using this number, the following information is required:

 

a)      Name of caller

b)      Contact number

c)      Hospital source

d)      Message

 

The previous Voxpro number will be discontinued on 19th June 2020. Updates to the NVRL User Manual, also published, will follow.
