Customer Notification: Instrumentation Errors affecting Viral Load results

Reason for Notification:

NVRL would like to apologise for recent delays in results: samples submitted for HIV, HBV and HCV viral load tests may be affected.

These delays are as a result of instrumentation failures. NVRL is in contact with our supplier to rectify these issues as soon as possible.
