Customer Notification: Syphilis IgM assay supply issue and potential delay of results

Unfortunately, UCD NVRL must inform users that Trinity Biotech Syphilis IgM assay kits are currently unavailable from the manufacturer with an anticipated date for availability of mid-March.

As an interim measure for continuity of service the NVRL has identified a referral laboratory in the UK to complete testing on our behalf should the need arise.

UCD NVRL apologises to our users for any inconvenience that may arise.
